Uk: У холодному туманному болоті ледь виднілися обриси дерев і гілок.
En: In the cold, misty swamp, the outlines of trees and branches were barely visible.

Uk: Осінній вітерець пронизував простір, а листя шаруділо під ногами.
En: An autumn breeze pierced the air, and leaves rustled underfoot.

Uk: Це місце виглядало моторошно, але і зачаровувало своєю атмосферою.
En: This place looked eerie but was enchanting with its atmosphere.

Uk: Богдан, молодий подорожувальник, затамував подих, щоб вловити запах мокрої землі та гниючої рослинності.
En: Bohdan, a young traveler, held his breath to catch the scent of wet earth and decaying vegetation.

Uk: Він був тут лише з однією метою – зробити ідеальне селфі.
En: He was here for one purpose only – to take the perfect selfie.

Uk: Позаду нього йшли Оксана та Ярослав.
En: Behind him were Oksana and Yaroslav.

Uk: Ярослав, їхній гід, постійно посміхався, спостерігаючи за енергійним Богданом.
En: Yaroslav, their guide, was constantly smiling, watching the energetic Bohdan.

Uk: Оксана, притримуючи руку на своїй куртці, мріяла про те, як зізнатися Богдану в своїх почуттях.
En: Oksana, keeping her hand on her jacket, dreamed of how to confess her feelings to Bohdan.

Uk: Але спершу потрібно було допомогти йому з його маленькою пригодою.
En: But first, she needed to help him with his little adventure.

Uk: "Ось тут, де туман найгустіший, фото вийдуть найвдалішими!
En: "Right here, where the fog is the thickest, the photos will turn out the best!"

Uk: " – вигукнув Богдан, витягуючи смартфон.
En: Bohdan exclaimed, pulling out his smartphone.

Uk: Він був впевнений, що це буде чудова світлина для Дня святого Мартина.
En: He was sure this would be a great picture for St. Martin's Day.

Uk: Але, намагаючись зробити кращий кадр, він не втримав телефон, і той полетів прямо в болото.
En: But as he tried to get a better shot, he couldn't hold onto the phone, and it flew straight into the swamp.

Uk: "О ні!
En: "Oh no!

Uk: Мій телефон!
En: My phone!"

Uk: " – засмучено крикнув Богдан.
En: Bohdan cried out in dismay.

Uk: Він не довго думав і вирішив попрямувати у болото, щоб забрати телефон.
En: He didn't think for long and decided to wade into the swamp to retrieve the phone.

Uk: Ярослав попереджав, що це небезпечно, але Богдан був рішучим.
En: Yaroslav warned that it was dangerous, but Bohdan was determined.

Uk: "Дай йому свої," – запропонувала Оксана, витягуючи свій запасний телефон.
En: "Give him yours," Oksana suggested, pulling out her spare phone.

Uk: Але Богдан вже ступав у туманну воду, не чуючи її слів.
En: But Bohdan was already stepping into the misty water, not hearing her words.

Uk: Далі все сталося так швидко.
En: Everything happened so quickly after that.

Uk: Богдан нахилився за телефоном, підняв його вгору тріумфально, але потім втратив рівновагу.
En: Bohdan bent down for the phone, triumphantly raised it up, but then lost his balance.

Uk: Послизнувшись, Богдан занурився в глибше місце болота, залишаючи позаду лише випуклі бульбашки від його ступні.
En: Slipping, Bohdan plunged into a deeper part of the swamp, leaving behind only the bulging bubbles from his steps.

Uk: Оксана засміялася так сильно, що ледь зуміла зафіксувати цей момент на свій телефон.
