En: The reënwoud of Tsitsikamma was full of the sounds and colors of spring's blossoms.
Af: Anika en Riaan staan by die mark, omring deur die geur van vars vrugte en die lag van ander reisigers.
En: Anika and Riaan stand at the market, surrounded by the scent of fresh fruit and the laughter of other travelers.
Af: Anika hou 'n lysie in haar hand vas.

En: Inside the shelter, they dry off and sit in silence.

En: The storm rages outside.
Af: Anika sug en kyk na Riaan.
En: Anika sighs and looks at Riaan.
Af: "Ek weet ek is soms te beheer," erken sy saggies.
En: "I know I'm sometimes too controlling," she admits softly.
Af: "Maar ek wil net seker maak ons is veilig.
En: "But I just want to make sure we're safe."
Af: "Riaan knik en neem haar hand.
En: Riaan nods and takes her hand.
Af: "Ek verstaan.
En: "I understand.
Af: Ons moet 'n balans vind," sê hy.<
