Rachel Lynn Matthews is the not yet in the tabloids girlfriend but definitely the new girlfriend of Orlando Bloom. Not sure what she was thinking when she dressed up as Orlando's ex, Katy Perry for halloween. I mean, that just comes off as sad and creepy. I get that she dressed up as space suit Katy Perry and parodied when she kissed the ground after being in space for 2 seconds, but still, ew. For coming off kinda stalkerish, Rachel needs to feel shame, shame, shame.
