Episode 969
After more than a month of a partial government shutdown, there’s finally movement in Washington. Lawmakers have reached a bipartisan agreement that would fund the government at its current rate through Jan. 30, and fully fund SNAP benefits through next September.

As of Monday morning, there was a significant drop in delays and cancellations from the hundreds of disruptions over the weekend, but still a sign of lingering impacts. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) continues to reduce flight schedules nationwide, cutting up to 10% of flights as air traffic controllers approach their sixth week without pay.
