On this episode, the boys had back on the man, the myth, the legend: Hugo Fry. Hugo has been a BUSY man! He is currently in Austin, TX getting ready to do the overnight BPN 50 miler (he has a very good shot at winning the race!).

Hugo also told us he has gone full-time doing content as he has had continued success on socials! If you don't follow him on Instagram, he is one of the funniest accounts you will find, link below. He recently ran 2:22 at the Berlin Marathon and also won a 5-day ultramarathon stage race in the Jordan desert.

We joke that Hugo could be our 4th co-host, episodes with him are more like banter with the boys than interviews! There is some hilarious conversation in here about his experience in Austin, TX compared to living in London.
