When we say we don't have the time or money to do something for our family, our community, our organisation, that we think will be good for everyone, we are actually saying there are other things on which we choose to spend our time and money on.
Heart Leadership is recognising that we are always making choices. It is only when a choice is recognised that more information will be sought, more questions asked and the situation assessed consciously and objectively.The leader who leads from the heart considers not only the productivity challenges faced with but also considers the well-being, the spirit of the workers.
