Ar: في قلب الخريف الجميل، كانت ليلى في أول يوم لها كمتدربة في مبنى الكابيتول.
En: In the heart of beautiful autumn, Leila was on her first day as an intern at the Capitol building.

Ar: كانت السماء صافية وأوراق الشجر تتساقط بألوان ذهبية وبرتقالية، تذكرها بعيد الشكر الذي يقترب سريعًا.
En: The sky was clear and the leaves were falling in golden and orange hues, reminding her of the fast-approaching Thanksgiving.

Ar: كانت ليلى متحمسة ومتوترة في نفس الوقت، لأنها طالما حلمت بالعمل في مجال السياسة، وأخيرًا تحقق حلمها.

Ar: شعرت وكأن الوقت توقف.
En: The eyebrows of those in the meeting room were raised as they looked at Leila, who stood frozen for a few seconds.

Ar: ولكن بدلاً من الاستسلام للذعر، أخذت ليلى نَفَسًا عميقًا وقالت بابتسامة خجولة: "آسفة، كنت أبحث عن الحمام.
