After hearing indistinguishable noises above, a handful of witnesses rushed to the base of an upscale apartment building in Sydney's business district where they found a victim, Lisa Cecilia Harnum, had fallen to her death. 
Within moments, a distraught man ran from the building, in a state of shock and grief. 
This must have been a horrible accident...
