We discuss the process that led up to the transaction, the way the valuation was determined, the pros and cons of an outright sale versus a joint venture, and what happens next. Asiamet retains the much larger Beutong project, for which it will seek a partner to help move it along. But the plan for proceeds from the KSK sale is to return the bulk of it to shareholders
