Episode Details

We’re joined by architect Natalie Battah, winner of the 1st prize in the “Museum of Emotions” competition. Natalie shares her journey from graduating at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm to working on retail and villa projects in Mallorca, and now contributing to multi-family housing in Sweden.

We dive into how she views architecture as a means to shape behaviour and influence well-being in society, rather than merely building structures. She also opens up about why she enters competitions — to reclaim creativity, explore meaningful topics, and push beyond the constraints of regulations and convention.

Whether you’re an aspiring architect, a designer, or simply curious about the intersection of emotion and built space, this conversation is full of insights on how architecture can be more empathetic, sustainable, and idea-driven.
