Jeff “Legend” Garmire is one of the best endurance athletes in the sport; having a long list of accomplishments such as setting self-supported FKT’s on the JMT, AZT, CT, and a ton of wins and podium finishes at ultras, his insight is always worth listening to.

And recently, he just accomplished the FKT for the self-supported crossing of the Appalachian Trail and beat the previous record by 4 hours.
