But after his disastrous BBC interview in November 2019 — widely regarded as a major turning point in his fall from grace — his hope of a return entered the realm of fantasy. One commentator called his plans “delusional” and argued that Andrew was still under the illusion that a few apologies or media appearances could restore his status.
