In this heartfelt episode host Amy Sikarskie welcomes Allison Batty-Capps, licensed therapist, intuitive healer, and author of The Divine Within: Healing Ourselves to Heal the World to the Spirit & Soul Healing podcast.

Allison shares her powerful story of awakening — one that weaves together trauma, mental health, and divine reconnection. She opens up about her diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder, her near-death experience, and how a message from the Divine guided her to choose life and healing.

Together, Amy and Allison explore the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and energy work — discovering how mindfulness, Reiki, compassion, and self-awareness can help us reconnect with our truest essence: the Divine within.

Listeners will gain insight into Allison’s healing framework, her trauma-informed approach to energy work, and the practices that can help anyone cultivate peace, love, and presence.

✨ This conversation is a soul-nourishing exploration of hope, wholeness, and awakening — a must-listen for healers, empaths, and seekers walking their own spiritual path.
