VGK had just 23 shots on goal against the Avalanche Friday, and Bruce Cassidy was not happy with the team overpassing and not putting the puck on net more often.  The Golden Knights fell to the Avs 4-2.  They railed 2-0 early and Cassidy said the team is lacking a sense of urgency.  VGK's Jack Eichel is the NHL’s First Star of the Month of October. In 11 games Eichel had 19 points including eight goals.  And on Marner Monday, we talk about Mitch Marner's move to the top of the power play unit.
