If the coach is demonstrating unacceptable behavior or if the coach is not engaged.
Negative gym culture.
Coach showing up intoxicated.
Coach not allowing you to cross-train or visit other gyms.
No open mats.
Not allowing newer students to roll at all.
No upper belts at the gym.
