The Indiana Kentucky Cycling Association is the member Local Association of USA Cycling that represents the interests of bicycle racers in the states of Indiana and Kentucky. The all-volunteer board is elected by USA Cycling members or license holders in both represented states. Typically each position is held for 2 years with elections held to elect a new board. Elected board members must be license holders in the states they represent.
