En: On a beautiful autumn morning, when leaves were slowly falling from the trees, Matej, Sara, and Luka set off for a trip to the Tehniški muzej Slovenije.

En: The technical museum was full of history enthusiasts and families who came to enjoy the day.

Sl: V krilu barvitih gozdov in svežega novembrskega zraka so se prijatelji sprehodili skozi različne dvorane.
En: In the midst of colorful forests and fresh November air, the friends strolled through various halls.

Sl: Matej je poskušal uživati v razstavi starih strojov in inovacij, a kašelj ga je motil.
En: Matej tried to enjoy the exhibition of old machines and innovations, but his cough was bothering him.

Sl: Sara in Luka sta opazila, da nekaj ni v redu.
En: Sara and Luka noticed that something was not right.

En: "Matej, you seem tired," said Sara, always the attentive friend.

Sl: "Je vse v redu?
En: "Is everything okay?"

Sl: ""Ja, v redu sem," je skušal reči Matej z nasmeškom.
En: "Yeah, I'm fine," Matej tried to say with a smile.

En: But his mask began to crumble.

Sl: Ko so prispeli do zgodovinskega prikaza slovenskih izumov, je Matej nenadoma začutil močan napad kašlja.
En: When they reached the historical display of Slovenian inventions, Matej suddenly felt a strong coughing fit.

En: With worried eyes around them, it seemed like he might collapse any moment.

En: "Matej, this isn't a joke anymore," said Luka, breaking Matej's rigid decision to ignore things.

Sl: "Moramo nekaj storiti.
En: "We need to do something."

En: Sara immediately supported him.

Sl: "Ko končamo tu, gremo naravnost v ambulanto, prav?
En: "When we're done here, let's go straight to the clinic, alright?"

En: Matej just nodded, relieved but also a bit uneasy.
