In a 3-0 decision led by 2 Republican Judges, the Trump Administration and its DOJ have been defeated again in a victory for States' Rights, with the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals over Chicago, ruling that during the pendency of the appeal, Trump will not be able to deploy any National Guard troops on the streets of Chicago/Illinois.
