In breaking news, a federal judge in the Abrego Garcia criminal case has gagged AG Pam Bondi, Border Czar Tom Homan, Homeland Security Sec Kristie Noem, and the rest of the Trump Administration from making public statements about Garcia’s case undermining his 6th Amendment right to a fair trial, AND has ordered that the Government produce all documents about prosecutors who quit rather than indict Garcia. Michael Popok also reports on Judge Xinis efforts to prevent Garcia from being removed to Liberia in the meantime by a vindictive government.
