According to Fresno County Sheriff's booking information, during the previous week several notable criminal incidents occurred across the city. On October 25, in the Fig Garden area, officers arrested a male suspect for the alleged battery of a non-cohabitant and unlawful possession of a stun gun, status currently under open investigation, case number 2510251176-1. Around Bullard Avenue and Highway 41, another male was taken into custody for alleged obstruction of a public officer and driving under the influence, case number 2510251078-1, also under open investigation. At the intersection of S Madera and W A Street in Kerman, a female suspect was arrested for use of a controlled substance and unlawful entry, case number 25-0003252A, status open.

In southeast Fresno, near E Florence Avenue and S Weller Avenue, a male was arrested for violating a protective order and driving without a license, case number 2510251258-1, under continuing investigation. On S Martin L King Jr Boulevard and E Josh Avenue, officers arrested a male suspect for possession of ammunition and controlled substances while being prohibited from possessing a firearm, with additional alleged offenses of possession for sale of narcotics and marijuana, case number 2510251416-1, currently open. Disorderly conduct related to intoxication resulted in arrests near E Olive Avenue and N Linden Avenue, and on E University Avenue, with cases 2510260168-1 and 2510260155-1 open for review.

Central Fresno saw additional cases including vandalism and trespass at E Olive Avenue and N Yosemite Avenue, case number 2510260201-1. Stadium 22 & IMAX area had a theft arrest tied to repetitive offenses and probation violation, case number 2510251034-1. On Fresno Street and R Street, officers responded to possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substances, case number 25-0011131, both still under investigation.

On October 26 near E Townsend Avenue, a male was arrested for alleged battery of a non-cohabitant, case number 2510260634-1, status open. That same day near E Wawona Avenue and S Willow Avenue, a male suspect was arrested for possession of an assault weapon and loaded firearm in public, as well as DUI, case number 25-0011139, investigation ongoing. North Blackstone Avenue saw an arrest for public intoxication, case 2510261024-1, open. Officers responded to reports of a stolen vehicle near 4654 E Washington Avenue, with the male suspect detained and the Department of Homeland Security issuing an INS detainer, case 2510260859-1.

Fresno police released a video regarding a critical incident at River Park Shopping Center involving the alleged discharge of a firearm. On August 20, officers responded to a shooting and apprehended 18-year-old George Ruiz after a pursuit, resulting in an arrest. Ruiz received treatment and was later booked for the offense, no one else was injured. The investigation includes multiple body-worn camera recordings and remains active, as reported by FOX26.

According to KFSN, on Thursday at Clark Street near Lewis in central Fresno, a 13-year-old boy was stabbed around 8:30 a.m. The suspect, described as a 16-year-old male, was arrested. The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition, and Fresno police are seeking public assistance to gather more details on this case.
