Actor Devon Michael was 9-years old when he was a finalist for the role of Anakin Skywalker in STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE, a role which eventually went to Jake Lloyd. Devon can be seen in well-known Episode One documentary footage as one of George Lucas's final three candidates for young Anakin and he joins us In The Cantina to discuss his experiences auditioning, visiting Skywalker Ranch, and the let down of not getting the gig. A new novel is coming next year called STAR WARS: SHADOW OF THE SITH that promises to fill in some of the gaps in THE RISE OF SKYWALKER, and we have a MANDALORIAN set update from Carl Weathers.
