Affirmation Laugh Challenge - Day 6

Send us a text

Welcome to Day 6 of our 30-Day Affirmation Laugh Challenge!

During this challenge, we are repeating this most powerful affirmation:

"Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." [Emile Coue]

Breathe in. Laugh gently as you exhale.

We are laughing to activate the power of this affirmation (or LAFFirmation).

Send me a note to let me know how you're feeling and if you're going to laugh with us again tomorrow for Day 7.

What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is not comedy. We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!

Be gentle with yourself.

Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
