We are going to cover a variety of topics today but our lead story is going to be a coming inflection point with the government shutdown. On Nov. 1st SNAP Benefits (food stamps) will stop unless the government shutdown ends or the congress passes some sort of exception. Translation, 40 million plus people will stop getting free food. Many of these people do not see these benefits as charity at this point, rather something they are entitled to.
