Thanks for dropping by! I've been a Reiki teacher for 30 years so there is a lot of videos here on Reiki and its application. But I am shifting focus to nonduality and exploring the uncoupling that can happen and the great peace and relaxation this can bring about when you realise the reality of consciousness, and your true being. This is not prescriptive, I'm bumbling through and it gets messy. It's a description of things I observe, a questioning, and a curiosity.
