There are ways we can keep the heart healthy and in a state of harmony and one way is going through the 3 Doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The best choice to keeping the heart healthy is including high-impact strategies that looks at which Dosha is pushing your mental and emotional triggers. These triggers result in causing an imbalanced in the body and heart when stressed.
