On this episode, we had special guest and newly minted 2:23 marathoner Ben Felton on! One week ago, Ben ran a perfectly executed marathon in Chicago, running a slight negative split, to run his first marathon PR in 2 years. After running 2:24 at Boston in 2023, Ben dealt with some adversity, including a stress fracture and brutal heat at the 2025 London Marathon, before finally having this special day in Chicago!

We broke down his training block, the entire Chicago weekend, his next race plans, and more! At the end, we also chatted about advice he has for someone who wants to do content full-time.
