Debi and Adam discuss the importance of men being whole and healthy, and how men's strength or weakness can have a profound effect on those around him. They discuss personal and biblical examples.
They also give some practical steps for those who are new to the faith, and for men who are wanting to grow in Christ to be better husbands, fathers and friends.
