Children seem to know this secret. They laugh around 300 times a day, while most adults barely hit 20. Somewhere between bills and responsibilities, we traded our belly laughs for to-do lists. It’s time to reclaim the playfulness that keeps the soul young and the spirit bright.  

When you feel the urge to pause, honor it. Breaks aren’t laziness; they are alignment resets. The more you relax into joy, the more room you make for goodness to flow your way.  

So, take a deep breath. Smile at something small. Be delightfully present. The Universe dances best with those who remember how to play.
