There is a danger in merging our ego with our position. One may have a delegated position of authority and godly people will respect it but it’s NOT personal — it isn’t our greatness — in Christ, it is the Anointing. In an organization it is the position of leadership. The moment one is no longer in that position they may have a rude awakening. People no longer listen or follow them.
