En: As Marek strolled through the courtyard of Bratislavského hradu, he gazed around with fascination.
Sk: Zoschlé listy jemne krehly pod jeho nohami a jesenný vietor jemne čechral jeho vlasy.
En: The dry leaves gently crunched under his feet, and the autumn wind softly tousled his hair.
Sk: Bratislava z výšky pútala jeho pohľad – modrá rieka Dunaj a roztrúsené domy zalité tlmeným svetlom zapadajúceho slnka.
En: Bratislava from above captivated his gaze – the blue Danube River and scattered houses bathed in the muted light of the setting sun.
Sk: Marek bol historik.
En: Marek was a historian.
Sk: V Bratislave sa ocitol, aby našiel inšpiráciu a detaily pre svoju nadchádzajúcu publikáciu.
En: He found himself in Bratislava to seek inspiration and details for his upcoming publication.
Sk: Zrazu ho zaujal jemný zvuk ceruzky kĺzajúcej po papieri.
En: Suddenly, he was intrigued by the subtle sound of a pencil gliding across paper.
Sk: Na lavičke pod starým stromom sedela Zuzana, študentka výtvarného umenia.
En: On a bench under an old tree sat Zuzana, an art student.
Sk: Jej oči sa sústredene pozerali na profil hradu a jej ruky s veľkou starostlivosťou znázorňovali veže a steny na papier.
En: Her eyes were intently focused on the profile of the castle, and her hands were carefully depicting the towers and walls on paper.
Sk: „Prekrásna kresba,“ ozval sa Marek. Bol prekvapený, aké jednoduché bolo tieto slová vysloviť.
En: "What a beautiful drawing," Marek said. He was surprised at how easy it was to speak those words.
Sk: Zuzana naňho uprela prekvapený pohľad, no jej ústa sa zvlnili v milom úškrne.
En: Zuzana looked at him with surprise, but her mouth curved into a sweet smile.
Sk: „Ďakujem,“ odvetila. „Máte radi históriu?“ opýtala sa.
En: "Thank you," she replied. "Do you like history?" she asked.
Sk: Marek prikývol a váhal, či by mal pokračovať v konverzácii.
En: Marek nodded and hesitated whether he should continue the conversation.
Sk: Uvedomil si však, že je čas zbaviť sa obáv a neistôt.
En: However, he realized it was time to let go of fears and uncertainties.
Sk: Rozprávanie s ľuďmi mohlo byť rovnako obohacujúce ako samotné bádanie.
En: Talking to people could be just as enriching as the research itself.
Sk: „Áno, som historik. Vo svojich knihách píšem o slovenských hradoch,“ vysvetlil.
En: "Yes, I am a historian. I write about Slovak castles in my books," he explained.
Sk: Zuzana s údivom sledovala, ako Marek rozprával o hrade, jeho histórii a tajomstvách, ktoré sa vo vežiach ukrývajú.
En: Zuzana watched in amazement as Marek talked about the castle, its history, and the secrets hidden in its towers.
Sk: Ladislav, ich sprievodca, vedel tiež podnietiť zvedavosť.
En: Ladislav, their guide, also knew how to spark curiosity.
Sk: So živým hlasom rozprával o dávnych časoch a hrdinoch, čo ponechalo skupinu v úžase.
En: With a lively voice, he spoke of ancient times and heroes, leaving the group in awe.
Sk: Keď bol prietor tichy, Marek sa odhodlal. „Môžem sa posadiť?“
En: When the space was quiet, Marek dared to ask, "May I sit down?"
Sk: Zuzana prikývla a položila vedľa seba svoje kresliarske pomôcky.
En: Zuzana nodded and placed her drawing tools beside her.
