A choice of the heart OR evidenced based - PODCAST

Is what we do here and everywhere else evidenced based? Can it be proved? Does it matter if the changes you want to occur?

I continue to have mixed feelings on this and my clients results are my evidence but I agree that's not true evidence - it's subjective and could be the result of so many different things.

There are some that work tirelessly to prove what I and my fellow hypnotists is real and can be reproduced and more importantly has a valid place in the world of mental health etc. Adam Easom is just one and I for one thank him immensely ;0)

The thing is with the right intention you will achieve your dreams and goals - intention and action. Intuitive action can lead you and take time to consider where, what you are leaning comes from.
