FMQ 353 Creating A Quiet Place

Published 3 years, 11 months ago
Description
Creating A Quiet Place Where we can..............

This Five-minute Quickie is about me taking you in your mind to my Quiet Place where I would leave the busy noise and think, relax, regroup, work out 'Stuff' and even sometimes just talk with someone one to one.

As long as you have nothing that needs your attention and you could maybe close your eyes

Then come with me

And when you do you can realize you either have, can have, or can create one in your mind and simply enjoy the pleasure.

I really hope you enjoy it, you never know I might even make a longer hypnosis track but you'll have to ask for that.

Please share this short episode and tell others of the longer podcast episodes.
