During Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur davening we say that the way to have one's evil decree torn up is through "Tshuvah, Tefilah, and Tzedakah." This means that tshuvah is clearly distinguishable from tefilah and tzedakah. So what, actually, is "tshuvah" and how do we properly do it?
