Hr: Dolazak jeseni donio je promjenu boja u malom četvrtu u Rapcu.
En: The arrival of autumn brought a change of colors to the small neighborhood in Rabac.

Hr: Lišće na drveću prelazilo je iz zelene u zlatnu i narančastu, dok su kuće bile ukrašene bundevama i vijencima.
En: The leaves on the trees were turning from green to golden and orange, while the houses were adorned with pumpkins and wreaths.

Hr: Bližio se Dan Svih svetih, važan blagdan u Hrvatskoj.
En: All Saints' Day was approaching, an important holiday in Croatia.

Hr: Obitelj se pripremala za okupljanje i posjet groblju.
En: The family was preparing for a gathering and a visit to the cemetery.

Hr: Luka je sjedio na terasi, gledajući kako se more sjaji na jesenjem suncu.

Hr: "Ne želim ići na groblje," mrmljao je Luka za sebe, nadao se da ga nitko neće čuti.
En: "I don't want to go to the cemetery," Luka mumbled to himself, hoping no one would hear him.

Hr: Njegove misli bile su na prijateljima i igranju video igara.
En: His thoughts were on his friends and playing video games.

Hr: Iva je ušla na terasu, sjela pored Luke i rekla, "Znaš koliko je ovo važno mami.
En: Iva stepped onto the terrace, sat next to Luka, and said, "You know how important this is to mom.

Hr: Tata bi volio da idemo svi zajedno.
En: Dad would have liked for us to go together."

Hr: "Luka je uzdahnuo i ustao.
En: Luka sighed and stood up.

Hr: Iako mu je tata već bio dugo vremena na nebu, Luka nije mogao shvatiti zašto svaki put trebaju ići na groblje i prisjećati se tužnih trenutaka.
En: Even though his dad had been in heaven for a long time, Luka couldn’t grasp why they had to go to the cemetery each time to remember sad moments.

Hr: Unatoč svom otporu, znao je koliko je ovaj dan značio njegovoj obitelji, posebno zbog prisjećanja na nezaboravne trenutke s ocem.
En: Despite his resistance, he knew how much this day meant to his family, especially for remembering unforgettable moments with their father.

Hr: Dok su hodali prema groblju, stazom između brda ispunjenom mirisom svježih krizantema, Luka je razmišljao o svojim prijateljima.
En: As they walked towards the cemetery, along a path between hills filled with the scent of fresh chrysanthemums, Luka thought about his friends.

Hr: No, vidjevši kako njegovi bližnji ostavljaju cvijeće, i čuvajući stare priče o pokojnicima, nešto mu se u srcu promijenilo.
En: But seeing his relatives leaving flowers and preserving old stories about the deceased, something in his heart changed.

Hr: Martina je primijetila suze u Lukinim očima dok je stajao kraj očeva groba.
