The Transforming Work of Confession
Published 1 year ago
Description
In this sermon, Bible Teacher Adam Alexander reminded us that confession begins with recognizing God’s holiness and, in that light, seeing our own sin. Like David in Psalm 51, when we acknowledge our brokenness, we open the door for God’s mercy and transformation. Through confession, God not only forgives us but renews our hearts, making us new creations in Christ. True confession leads to right living—lives marked by humility, freedom, and worship. In the end, confession isn’t about shame; it’s about restoration and renewal in God’s grace.
