This season, the struggle continues. Relationships, whether platonic, romantic, familial, or otherwise, take time and patience to cultivate and, honestly, ain’t nobody got time for that😔 Tbh, our social lives feel out of control and on the decline. Juggling time to love on our friends, partners, and family feels overwhelming and almost impossible in a culture that requires us to overwork ourselves. So in season 2, we share how we’ve been struggling with others, the ways its been affecting us, and the small things we’re doing to change our outlooks on our situations and take back the reigns of our social lives.
We’re starting with the growing pains of friendship. Whether you’re trying to make it work with your day-ones, growing closer with besties or growing apart, this episode is for you. Pull up a chair, grab your wine or cafecito, and lets talk about things we should be saving for our therapists.
