Jedd Fisch and the Washington Huskies had an opportunity to prove themselves as one of the best teams in the Big Ten, but Sherrone Moore, Jordan Marshall, and the Michigan Wolverines had other plans. Bryce Underwood outdueled Demond Williams Jr., who committed three turnovers in The Big House, as the Huskies failed to get anything going for stars Jonah Coleman and Denzel Boston.

Locked On Huskies hosts Roman Tomashoff and Lars Hanson react to everything from the contest, including the absence of starters Carver Willis and John Mills along the offensive line, which loomed large in the trenches as Michigan's front seven dominated the contest. Defensive coordinator Ryan Walters' unit struggled even though the Wolverines were missing star running back Justice Haynes, as the Huskies let down Alabama Crimson Tide legend Nick Saban, who called Washington one of the Big Ten's best teams on ESPN's College GameDay.
