Th: ตลาดนัดจตุจักคร้อนระอุและคึกคักไปด้วยกลิ่นของอาหารและเสียงผู้คนประดังกันมาในบ่ายวันฝนของกรุงเทพฯ
En: The Chatuchak Weekend Market was hot and bustling with the smells of food and the sounds of people crowding in on a rainy Bangkok afternoon.
Th: อาทิตย์ เดินกล้าๆ กลัวๆ ท่ามกลางแผงขายของที่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด
En: Arthit walked nervously amid the never-ending stalls.
Th: ดวงตาของเขาจับจ้องไปที่แสงสะท้อนจากแผงโบราณวัตถุ
En: His eyes were caught by the gleaming reflection from an antique stall.

En: "What did you find, Arthit?" she asked, her eyes curious but anxious.
Th: “นกตัวนี้… มันเป็นของคุณย่า” อาทิตย์ตอบเสียงสั่น นัยต์ตาไม่ละจากตัวนก
En: "This bird... it belonged to my grandmother," Arthit replied shakily, his eyes fixed on the bird.
Th: “ฉันไม่รู้ว่ามันมาอยู่ที่นี่ได้ยังไง”
En: "I don't know how it got here."
Th: เพื่อนค่อยๆ ดึงแขนอาทิตย์ จนเขาหันไปพบกับชายแก่ที่ยืนอยู่หลังตู้กระจก
En: His friend gently tugged Arthit's arm, leading him to notice the old man standing behind the glass case.
Th: นายรัญ เจ้าของร้านด้วยสายตาดูมีเล่ห์ลับ
En: Nai Ran, the shop owner, looked at them with a mysterious gaze.
Th: เขายิ้มออกมาอย่างเข้าใจ แต่ไม่พูดอะไร
En: He smiled knowingly but said nothing.
Th: “คุณรู้จักมัน?” อาทิตย์ถามด้วยเสียงที่เต็มไปด้วยอารมณ์
En: "Do you know it?" Arthit asked, his voice full of emotion.
Th: “โอ้ ใช่แล้ว ไอ้เด็กหนุ่ม” รัญตอบเบาๆ พลางมองไปทางนก
En: "Oh, yes, young man," Ran replied softly, glancing at the bird.
Th: “นกตัวนี้มีประวัติยาวนาน มันอาจจะรู้เรื่องที่เธอไม่เคยรู้”
En: "This bird has a long history. It might know stories you never knew."
Th: ราคาแพงลิ่วที่ป้ายข้างนกทำให้อาทิตย์ท้อแท้
En: The high price tag next to the bird discouraged Arthit.

En: He didn't have the money to reclaim this heirloom.
