Bg: В тихото утро на психиатричната болница, стъпките на никой не се чуваха, освен на сестра Елена, която бързаше да налее кафе за пациентите.
En: In the quiet morning of the psychiatric hospital, no footsteps could be heard except for those of Nurse Елена, who was hurrying to pour coffee for the patients.
Bg: Белите стени безмилостно отразяваха светлината от прозорците.
En: The white walls mercilessly reflected the light from the windows.
Bg: Николай седеше на леглото си, загледан в стената.
En: Николай sat on his bed, staring at the wall.
Bg: Душата му беше изпълнена с тъга и самота.
En: His soul was filled with sadness and loneliness.
Bg: Елена забеляза, че Николай е по-замислен от обичайното и се приближи нежно до него.
En: Елена noticed that Николай was more contemplative than usual and gently approached him.

En: After a while, Елена arranged for Николай to take a short supervised walk outside.

En: The air was cool, carrying the scent of autumn.
