Season 5
Today I have an incredible interview with Justine Stull. Justine is one of the admins on my Heal with Nicole and Nicole Sachs Support Circle communities. She's been with us for a few years, and she's just so wise. There's nothing like sitting with someone who has really walked through the work herself and now takes other people through with her beautiful guidance and caring comments on our pages. Today, Justine and I are going to be talking about her own chronic pain journey and all of the impactful practices she's gathered along the way - with a focus on self-compassion and self-regulation. One of my favorite things she says in the beginning is, "The first thing to leave was the fear." That's a great place to start! Enjoy this conversation filled with so many gold nuggets! XOXO n.
