The No. 1-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes beat the Ohio Bobcats in Ohio Stadium on Saturday, as receiver Jeremiah Smith put up huge stats and freshman running back Bo Jackson topped 100 yards and made a serious play to be the lead back for the Buckeyes. Ohio State hit big plays to Smith and Carnell Tate in the passing game, Jackson ripped off a 64-yard run, and after some early red-zone struggles, the Buckeyes pulled away in the second half. Doug Lesmerises and Bill Landis broke it all down after the game.
