Cy: Mae adeg o brysurdeb yn yr Heddlu Canolog Caerdydd.
En: There is a busy time at the Heddlu Canolog Caerdydd (Central Cardiff Police).
Cy: Mae Rhian yn cerdded i mewn, ei chalon yn curo gyda phryder.
En: Rhian walks in, her heart beating with anxiety.
Cy: Mae'n hydref, ac mae'r dail trwm yn plygu'r coed allan yn y stryd.
En: It is autumn, and the heavy leaves bend the trees outside on the street.
Cy: Mae hinsawdd y penawdau newydd ychydig yn oer ac mae oglau'r glaw yn teimlo'n glir.
