- Regina - I like your interpretation but I always thought that 'whoever doesn't gather' meant gathering people for Christ.
- Tisa - If people are in the state of mortal sin and God is not hearing our prayers, is this why we have the rosary, because of Mary's and the saints’ intercession. Also, is it at the bishop's discretion to give dispensations for Mass?
