I start by addressing a common sentiment among writers: the confusion about how subconscious rewiring relates to the writing process. Many people have invested in strategy programs, only to find themselves stuck and questioning their abilities. 

I explain that our subconscious mind is a powerful force, controlling 95% of our actions and beliefs. It stores all our past experiences, decisions, and identities, which can create hidden blocks that prevent us from pursuing our writing goals. I emphasize that writer's block is not just about the act of writing; it's about feeling safe to express oneself.
