Armed guards will be stationed at all 29 Catholic elementary schools in WNY moving forward. Tarian Group will be providing the guards. Jeff Rinaldo, VP of Tarian Group and former Buffalo Police Captain Jeff Rinaldo says more schools in the area are moving in the same direction when it comes to securing their students.
