Construction of the new Bills stadium and Amazon facility in the Town of Niagara is creating a construction "boom" in WNY. Paul Brown, President of the Buffalo Niagara Building Trades Council, says he's never seen so many people on one job (the stadium) in his 30 years in the field. Brown tells us more about why Buffalo is the place to be for construction workers.
