New York State's all-electric energy plan is set to take hold in January, but lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are still waiting to hear complete details. Assemblyman Bill Conrad (D) is waiting to learn how the state's plan will impact Western New York specifically. He told us what lawmakers in Albany are saying.
