The union representing Buffalo Police Officers has warned the city that as many as 80 officers could retire in the coming months if a new healthcare agreement is not reached. 20 lieutenants and 7 captains are among those that would be retiring. John Davidson, President of the Buffalo Police Benevolent Association explains the situation and whether there's enough to replace the loss in leadership.
