At the main club of Sharjah Ladies Club, the activities will kick off on October 19th, starting with a Pink Yoga session organised by 180° Fitness Centre from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event will also host a mobile clinic in collaboration with the Friends of Cancer Patients Association, offering free checkups for women from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Ameera Al Amri Head of Events, Sharjah Ladies Club joins us on the show to discuss the activities and how the public can participate.
