As Kyiv suffers from encroaching bombing the “ready bag,” is packed and the family moves forward on a harrowing yet heroic journey. Soon all the men must stay behind as the women and children look for respite. Finding a place to catch her breath is faced with great challenge as Sasha, exhausted helps protect and lead her small child and mother across unknown borders and on a path to safety.
